Here is a little copper cuff I made the other day....I used some copper tube and hammered away. I messed up on my lettering as it is not centered on the cuff...but I like it anyway.
What do you do with your mistakes...toss them out and start over or make do and work around it? There is a uniqueness that comes from a letter perhaps stamped backwards or different size links...whatever it is, it may be a mistake to you but not to someone else.
Hi Judy,i think the little boo boo's adds to the character of the design if we wanted perfect we would engrave and that's boring i love your copper cuff
ReplyDeletetake care and have a great weekend!! ttfn L:)
Hi Judy, i was wondering i noticed you use the raw brass i bought some red brass and tried the liver of sulphur on it and it had no effect at all. Can i use los on the red brass to antique it?
ReplyDeleteLike the bracelet! What do I do with my mistakes? Sometimes I start over, others I just live with and don't tell anyone it is a mistake. :-D
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
Lovely little cuff!
ReplyDeleteMistakes - it depends on what went wrong. Sometimes it can be worked with, sometimes it gets put aside - maybe for a different solution or to remain a mistake...
