A Day of Rest

.....or so I would like to think!
I just finished a two day Art Show in Franklin Tenn. called "Art Fusion". It was a wonderful show in a great venue, a refurbished factory with small art studios and lovely shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately I forgot my camera, but I used my Iphone, not the best pictures but they will do.

I have to thank Sharon of Livewire Jewerly for her great idea of the "padded suitcase". She had made one a while back and posted it on her blog. I just loved it and knew it would work great for me so I made one too.

Thursday started out rough as I started to get sick and I knew there was no way I was going to miss this much anticipated show, so off the the Doctor's I went. Four prescriptions and a shot of steroids I was on my way. Needless to say being on the steroids I have not slept in 3 nights! With all that being said I managed the days just fine....highly wired but fine.

I would like to say I will have a day of rest...but there is a bead show I NEED to go to...AD Adornments will be set up and I really want to pick up some of her lovlies. So hubby and I will go into Nashville and then off to lunch.

I hope you all are enjoying your weekend and come back tomorrow as I am going to have a super giveaway! Yay, I can't wait!

  1. Your setup looks great! Hope it was a good show for you! As for resting - come on, a bead show is almost as good as rest - isn't it?
    Hope you are feeling better.

  3. Your displays and your jewelry look great! I may have to borrow Sharon's suitcase idea for something. What a great way to transport jewelry as well. Sorry you were feeling ill and couldn't enjoy the show as much as you could have. Feel better soon, Connie

  8. Judy, you have grown so much in your art since I first started visiting. You have always had the talent but you have really expanded you reach. Your booth is very professional and your work is fabulous.
