They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world.
Someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for.

For this one of a kind piece I etched the brass and applied Miss Ficklemedia's Verdigris patina. Czech glass beads and a hand forged closure adds additional interest to the neckline. You can find this on my Judith B.Designs web site.
Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect. It means you have decided to look beyond the imperfections.

ReplyDeleteLove the colors and the sentiment Judy! The etching is fantastic, and those czech glass beads are some of my favorite!
ReplyDeleteDear, you don't know how happy that makes me! I love the bee (part of my own storied past with the bees in my studio - I like to think they were good luck), but the PATINA! OH MY GOODNESS! That is EXACTLY what I am attempting to do with my own etching experiments but haven't tried the patinas yet. You just proved that it is possible. Thanks for paving the way, Judy!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the day!
